How the Help section is structured

The Help section consists of articles about using the application, organized into sections. The main help page features section cards and a search bar; each section has its own page (/help/section/<name>), and each article has its own address in the format /help/<name>, so you can forward a link.

What you should know:

  • The main help page is a map, not the entire text at once. A section card shows what it covers, how many articles it contains, and the first few headings; the full list is on the section's page. A wide block at the top might feature a section recommended for beginners.
  • Search looks through article titles and descriptions and responds instantly as you type — no separate button needs to be pressed. While text is entered in the field, a flat list of matches is shown instead of section cards, with each match labeled with its section.
  • Article addresses are independent of sections. If an article is moved to another section, a link that was previously sent to you will continue to work.
  • Long articles begin with a table of contents compiled from their sections; you can jump directly to the desired part by clicking an item.
  • Language. If an article isn't yet available in your language, it will open in another, and the page will honestly warn you about this. If the text was machine-translated and hasn't been proofread by a human yet — that will also be stated on a separate line.
  • "Was this article helpful?" below the article are two buttons, no registration or comment required. Only the team sees the rating; showing it to the reader would set them against an answer they still have to read. If you change your mind, click the other button; your previous response will be replaced.
  • Can't find an answer — below the list is a block linking to support; the contact form is also located there.

Previously, the main site page had a separate short list of frequently asked questions — it was removed on 17.08.2026, and the link in the site header now leads directly here: two lists for the same thing made people guess which one to search in.
