Scheduled Transactions Calendar
This translation was produced automatically and hasn't been reviewed yet.
In simple terms: how to view scheduled recurring transactions (salary, rent, subscriptions, etc.) in a monthly calendar view. Available in the web version and the mobile app.
What the Calendar Shows
This is a monthly grid where, for each day, you can see which recurring plans will be triggered on that specific day. The calendar automatically "unpacks" the schedule for each plan:
- Daily — every day;
- Weekly — on selected days of the week;
- Monthly — on the selected day of the month (if the month doesn't have that day, e.g., the 31st in February, the plan triggers on the last day of the month);
- Annually — on the selected month and day.
If a plan has weekend rolloff enabled, the calendar shows the transaction on the rescheduled business day (e.g., from Saturday to Monday).
Paused plans are not displayed in the calendar.
Mobile App
- Open the Scheduled tab.
- Tap the calendar icon in the header (next to the bell icon).
- On the screen:
- ‹ Month Year › — navigate between months using the arrows; the "Today" button returns to the current month.
- Today is highlighted with a border.
- Dots in a cell: green — income, red — expense, blue — transfer. If there are more than three plans, "+N" is shown next to them.
- Tap a day with dots — a list of that day's plans with amounts and accounts will open at the bottom.
Web Version
Scheduled section → "Calendar" (/app/scheduled/calendar): the same monthly grid with daily amounts and monthly totals. The date calculation logic is identical to the mobile app.
Good to Know
- The calendar does not deduct anything — it only shows what and when should happen according to the schedule. Transactions themselves are created automatically on their day (if the plan is automatic) or remain as a reminder.
- Dates are calculated using the same rule by which the system actually executes plans, so the calendar matches actual deductions.
