Above the transaction list is a filter panel. They stack: by enabling several, you'll see only those transactions that match all of them simultaneously.
- Type — "All / Income / Expenses / Transfers / Debts". Next to each type, the number of transactions of that type among those loaded is shown.
- Accounts — you can select several; transactions for them remain in the list.
- Tags — similarly, with a search by tag name.
- Period — two dates, "from" and "to".
Accounts and transfers
A transfer involves two accounts, so it appears in the list when filtering by either of them — both the one from which money was sent and the one to which it was received.
It is displayed from the perspective of the selected account: for the sender account, it's a withdrawal with an arrow to the recipient account; for the recipient, it's a deposit with an arrow back. It's the same transaction, just viewed from the side you asked about.
Credit: what to enter in the fields
A credit account asks for three numbers, and they answer different questions.
Remaining debt — how much you have left to pay today. Enter it as a regular positive number: if you owe 2,400,000, just type that, no need to put a minus sign, the application will account for it as debt itself. This is the amount that reduces your total balance.
Full loan amount — how much the bank issued at the time of application. This field is optional and for reference: it doesn't affect the balance, but along with the remaining amount, it shows that the loan has already been partially paid ("2,400,000 remaining out of 3,500,000"). If you don't remember, leave it blank.
Disbursement date — when the loan was taken out. Also for reference: it doesn't affect calculations, so feel free to enter the actual date, even if you've been paying for several years.
If the credit is not tied to a specific goal and the money was transferred to your card or account — create a credit with the outstanding debt, and the received money will remain in the account to which it was transferred. There's no need to link anything: the debt and the money are two separate entries, and together they give an accurate picture.
Credit card: how much more you can spend
A card with a limit now shows "available" in the account line — this is the balance on the card plus the credit limit plus overdraft. Simply put: how much more you can spend without having to calculate anything in your head.
If you owe 400 and have a limit of 1000, you have 600 available. When the limit is exhausted, "available" becomes negative and is highlighted: this is the only thing in the line that needs attention.
The application does not prevent spending beyond the limit — it only shows the situation. This is intended: the transaction has already occurred with the bank, and it's pointless to dispute it retroactively, especially when it arrives via statement import.
How to enter a negative balance. If there's a debt on the card, press the ± button to the right of the amount field — it adds a minus sign. On iPhone, this is the only way: the iOS numeric keyboard simply lacks a minus key.
Period ("from" — "to")
Click "Period" and specify one or both boundaries. Both are included in the range: the period from March 1st to March 31st includes both March first and March thirty-first.
You can set only one boundary — this is normal and means "everything starting from" or "everything up to." To remove the filter, click "Clear" in the same window.
While the filter is active, the "Period" button is marked — this indicates that the list is not showing everything.
Why this is more important than it seems. The list is sorted from new transactions to old and loads in parts. Without a date filter, you'd have to scroll manually to reach last year's March. The period filter doesn't hide extra items on the screen; instead, it requests the specific segment from the server immediately — which is why both the counter and the "show more" button work within the selected period.
Transfer in the list when the account filter is active
A transfer is stored as two entries — one for the account from which the money was sent, the second for the account to which it was received. In the general list, they are merged into a single line.
When you enable a filter for one of these accounts, only "your" half of the transfer reaches you. This is correct: you are viewing one account. However, the line still shows both amounts — yours and what it turned into in the second account. For transfers between accounts in different currencies, these are different numbers (110 $ sent, 100 € received), and the second amount is taken from nowhere else.
If you filter by the destination account, the line is displayed from its perspective: the arrow reverses (From → This account), and the main amount is what was received. In the mobile app, such a transfer used not to be displayed at all on the recipient account; now it is.
